GALAXICADEPrivacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
The short version: Galaxicade has no accounts and doesn't ask for your name, email or location. Your games, coins, badges and settings are saved on your own device, not on our servers. Our web host keeps standard technical logs. When we show ads, our ad partner may use cookies or similar technology. Where the law requires it, we ask your permission first, and players who tell us they're children never get personalized ads.

Galaxicade (galaxicade.com) is operated by K5 Creations LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions: support@galaxicade.com.
Information stored on your device
To save your progress, Galaxicade uses your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

This storage is needed for the service you asked for, so it doesn't require consent. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Doing so permanently erases your progress, because we don't have a copy.
Information collected automatically
Galaxicade is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your device loads the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools, and we don't build profiles of players.
Advertising
Galaxicade is free and supported by ads, shown for example between games or after a game ends. When ads are active, they are provided by an advertising partner such as Google. Ad partners may use cookies, device identifiers and your IP address to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud. If you consent, they may also use this information to personalize ads.
- Your consent. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), we ask before personalized ads are shown, using a consent tool from our ad partner. If you say no, you may still see non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time under Profile → Privacy choices.
- How Google uses data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
Children
Galaxicade is a general-audience site. Before the first ad is shown, we ask players for their birth year. We store only whether the answer makes the player a child or an adult, never the year. Players who are 13 or younger by birth year are only ever shown non-personalized, child-appropriate ads, and their information is not used for ad personalization.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Galaxicade has no accounts, chat or ways to share personal details. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has given us personal information, contact support@galaxicade.com and we will delete it.
Sharing and selling
We don't sell your personal information. We don't hold player profiles on our servers, so there is nothing for us to share. The technical data described above is processed by our hosting and advertising partners as explained in those sections. Under some US state laws, letting ad partners use cookies for personalized ads may count as "sharing". You can opt out at any time under Profile → Privacy choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal where our ad partner supports it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because your Galaxicade data lives on your device, you can view and delete it yourself by clearing the site's data. For anything else, email support@galaxicade.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires and won't treat you differently for using your rights.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to run and secure the site, on performance of our service for saving your progress, and on consent for personalized advertising.
Galaxicade games on other websites
Some of our games are also published on other platforms, such as CrazyGames. When you play there, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
Security and retention
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Data on your device stays until you clear it. Hosting logs are kept by our provider only as long as needed for operation and security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Galaxicade handles information, for example if we add optional sign-in to sync progress across devices, we'll update this page and its effective date first. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
