Bug reports

Tell us which game, what happened, and your device and browser (for example "iPhone 15, Safari"). A screenshot helps a lot.

Privacy requests

For access, deletion or other privacy requests, or if you're a parent with a question about your child, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Lost progress

Your progress is saved on your device only, so we can't see or restore it. Clearing your browser's site data, using private browsing or switching browsers starts a fresh profile.
